Google Play Store Not Working? Fix Downloads and Errors

When the Play Store will not download, Android is usually out of space, out of sync, or sitting on a corrupt cache. Mall kiosks love to sell “Play Store repair” flashes. You almost never need that. 1. Quick checks (two minutes)

Authentication loops (“check your connection”, “authentication is required”) often need an account refresh:

4. Add the account again and open Play Store.
